Bamboo Rodeo

Feel good funk for the good times.

This track is actually a funk-soul cover of Kings of Leon's 'King of the Rodeo'. The Bamboos' version of the track has a more chilled out and groovier feel (to me, at least) to it and Megan Washington's old school vocals accentuates the 70s flavour.

On a side note, I think Megan Washington has an aura of old-school-plain-jane-nerd-esque sexiness that is extremely alluring and it grows on you. Nice. = )
