When I was in Bangkok last year, I happened to catch a couple of ska, punk and rock bands performing at a corner of the Ratchada Vintage Market. I did not realise that some of the bands were under the Thailand branch of Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice (SHARP). For the uninitiated, SHARP are anti-racist skinheads who were against the neo-Nazis and the political extremists, who identified themselves as skinheads as well. All in all, it was great catching the Thai bands in action. Although not all of the bands were perfect, I was really feeling the awesome vibe and the music too. Kudos to the bands and the organisers eh. = )
