It has been a week since catastrophe struck Japan, in the form of an earthquake, a tsunami and a nuclear crisis. The aid workers in the disaster-stricken areas have been working day and night to provide supplies, medical care and aid-relief, while there are many who are also doing their best to contain and prevent a full-scale nuclear meltdown.
To the aid-workers, the firefighters, the policemen and the soldiers who have been working round the clock, I salute you. To the people of Japan, the worst will be over soon and there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. Stay strong and hang in there. Gambatte Japan!
