While it may not be the absolute truth, music is a form of escapism for most.

It could be to get away from the harsh realities of life, to break the mundane routines of life or simply, self-expression for the verbally-inept who find it easier to communicate through beats & notes, like myself.

That is why we put so much time and effort into our passions, so that we can create our own little paradise, away from all the bullshit that life hurls at you. In that paradise, we all assume alter egos, like superheroes, for we have found a place where nothing is impossible. = )
